The usual duration of gel polish is 10–14 days. This depends upon the type of nails each person has, the state of your nails prior to treatment, and the aftercare.

What brand of polish/gel do you use?

Each of our nail technicians use a preferred brand. These include CND Shellac, Gelish Harmony, Essie, Sally Hansen and OPI. If you have a specific request, please let us know when you make your booking.

How do I remove gel polish?

We recommend that you book in with us for a professional gel removal two to three weeks from when the gel polish was applied. Please make sure you book the correct removal treatment. If the wrong treatment is booked our therapist might be unable to carry out the removal and you might still be charged.

You can pick from an amazing array of pamper packages that we provide. We will collaborate with you to arrange a beautician appointment at a time that works for you, whether your goal is to look and feel amazing for your big night out or to have a relaxing ladies’ night or afternoon in. What do we need to provide for the party?

All you need to do is make sure there is enough space for a massage couch (6 feet by 2feet) if you are getting a massage or facial, and a table and two chairs if you are getting manicures and pedicures. Our therapists will bring their own supplies and tools. Additionally, our beauticians will require access to hot water and maybe a plug socket. Other than that our therapists will work with you to make your pamper party as hassle free as possible.

Where do you recommend the treatments take place?

We advise scheduling a warm, quiet area (like a bedroom) for massages and facials so that you may unwind and enjoy the treatment to the fullest. To ensure you don’t miss out on the excitement, manicure and pedicure services can be performed in the same room as the rest of your guests! But keep in mind that we do require tables and chairs. You can have pamper parties in your own homes, in rental properties, or in hotel rooms. All we ask is that you get permission from the venue/hotel in advance of your party, if it isn’t being held at your house.

How long do pamper parties last and how many treatments can you have during this time?

All of our pamper parties have a minimum duration of three hours, but they can go up to four hours. The length of the treatments will depend on the package you select and the number of guests attending.

Do all guests have to have treatments?

It is your party, so we work with you every step of the way If some of your guests just want to pop in to enjoy the fun and not have a treatment then it is fine (so long as our minimum numbers are met).

What products do the therapists use and can we tip them?

Our beauty therapists have all received training using various products. The brands used by different therapists will vary, even though we require them to utilize professional materials. Please contact us and we will try to find out for you if you do have sensitive skin or if you would want to know ahead of time what products the therapist is using. All of our therapists receive competitive compensation for their work with us, but if you are pleased with the care you received and would like to leave a tip for the therapist, please do so.
