Cancellation & Late
You are required to cancel 2 hours before your service start time to avoid the late cancellation fee. A cancellation fee will be 50% of total bill. Please follow your scheduled appointment. If you are 30 minutes late for your appointment there will be a 100 AED late fee imposed for every 30 minutes. If you require a change in your appointments such as the time, location, or number of people, please inform us at least 2 hours before the booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Right to refuse service
The Feel Pink has the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
Special Requests
If require a specific beauty technician or therapist, kindly inform us upon booking to check the availability. Early or late appointment (after working hours) with an extra charge of AED 100.

What makes waxing and threading different from one another?
While waxing employs a small layer of wax, threading involves spinning thread over hair to extract it from the root. Both techniques reduce disruption to the skin. To determine which is the greatest suit for you, talk to our brow artist. Book your appointment now and we will be happy to help you!
What is the minimum hair length required for waxing?
Your hair needs to be at least ¼ inch in the area where you plan to wax. That is around the size of a rice grain. In general, hair grows to this length in the bikini area after roughly two weeks without shaving. Shorter hair is not long enough to become “stuck” in the wax and be removed. We can always do a test strip if we’re unsure because some folks can get waxed at less than ¼ inch.
What Should I Do to Prepare for My Appointment?
Ensure sufficient hair growth (approximately two weeks) and avoid retinols for one week.
Will the treatment bed fit in my home?
Our treatment beds are 6ft long by 2ft wide. Please give your wax technician some room to move around it as they wax you. Our therapists are skilled at creating luxurious salons out of confined places.
