Feel Pink Salon accepts cash, credit, and debit

Different payment method charges:
Card Machine & Payment Link: 2.5%
Other currencies: An additional AED30 will be collected as an exchange rate fee.

SALON SERVICE POLICIES

LATE AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments can have a negative impact on our business. It is difficult to fill certain time slots, which frustrates customers who are ready for assistance but are unable to come in on short notice. We respectfully ask that you respect the timetables of our beauticians and the needs of other customers. You are required to cancel 2 hours before your service start time to avoid the late cancellation fee.

Waiting fee: If you are late for your appointment, there will be a AED100 late fee charged for every 30 minutes.

Cancellation less than 2 hours before the start time: The cancellation fee is 50% of the total bill.

During the service: The cancellation fee will be 100% of the total bill or the canceled service/s.

Our Nail Technician must start within 5 minutes of the designated start time and ends on time.

If you require a change in your appointments such as the time, location, or number of people, please inform us at least 2 hours before the booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

REFUND POLICY

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service. The service must be a mistake from the service provider not something you might have changed your mind about after the services were performed. In the event of a disagreement, a re-service must be validated by management. Customers have 24 hours to contact the salon to receive a complementary service to discuss any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed five days pass initial service date.

ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

At Feel Pink Salon there is no tolerance for any form of discrimination, harassment, assault, intimidation, threats, or general disruptive behavior. We are an inclusive company that offers services to people of various racial backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations, religion, and abilities. We work hard to keep the atmosphere pleasant, polite, and positive for all of our employees and clients. The Feel Pink has the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
